As it stands now, the only people with a prayer to get this app working are IT pros, and they don’t care about “features” like this. Id love it if I could take calls and texts from my PC laptop and my iPhone like I can with my iMac, but that’s probably never going to happen.
You can’t just create an app for the computer and mobile device, it’s going to give you nothing but bugs and problems like this software does. They’re trying to recreate the Apple ecosystem with a PC, but it just isn’t that easy. It’s a promising app that I would love to use but can’t unfortunately. I was able to get the screen sharing to work once but overall I haven’t been successful with this app. When it tells me to “tap “start connecting your PC via Bluetooth “ button.” it only brings up some additional instructions to follow on the PC app. The PC app recognizes my device but when I click on my device it goes directly to a “Pairing error” alert and tells me to check if I’m on wifi and if my Bluetooth is turned on. My phone and laptop are paired to each other.
I’ve checked that I had the latest driver so I know it’s not that. I’ve been able to transfer files from my iPhone to the laptop but if I go from the laptop to phone it crashes the app. It won’t allow me to pair the device, I’ve gone step by step with their directions and nothing works. I’ve attempted to do everything to get this app to work with my iPhone 12 but was only able to get the Remote Desktop pairing to work.
